Opened or used makeup generally cannot be returned except where required by applicable law or where the product qualifies for another remedy under our Return & Refund Policy.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Zyphoria is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

15. Perfume Shipping Restrictions

Some perfumes and fragrances contain alcohol and may be subject to transportation and carrier restrictions.

If a product cannot legally or safely be shipped to a particular destination, Zyphoria may cancel the affected order and provide an applicable refund.

16. Returns and Refunds

All returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by Zyphoria's Return & Refund Policy.

Our standard return period is 30 days from delivery for eligible products.

Opened, used, sprayed, applied, tested, or swatched perfumes, skincare, cosmetics, and makeup generally do not qualify for standard returns due to hygiene and product-integrity considerations.
